The home offers refined rustic furnishings, high end finishes/appliances and original architectural details in keeping with the Revive Home Restoration aesthetic. Cook, converse and relax with friends in the gourmet kitchen that features honed granite countertops, a farmhouse sink and beautiful vaulted beamed ceilings. Relax and unwind in the vaulted LR with a wood burning fireplace, large screen TV. Enjoy the master vaulted bedroom with ensuite bath, with walk-in rainfall shower. The open floor plan, including 750 square feet of wrap around decks, a vintage covered front porch, and a large fire pit, are the perfect backdrops for gathering, inside and out. Union House is located just 1 block from downtown shops and restaurants in historic Three Oaks, and offers the very best in ‘weekend’ living, wedding destination stays and moments spent with those that matter most.

Pros:Property location in Three Oaks is great for walking to everything that the town offers. Accessing the property was simple and easy. Also convenient 10-15 minute drive to Warren Dunes and New Buffalo for added fun. Generally, the place was clean (except for comforter in second bedroom was crusty and stained). It was adequately stocked with all the essentials. Cons:Most of the windows were in "unlocked" position when we arrived. Not a big concern but just something to double check. Water pressure was very weak so the showers were a bit disappointing.Other concern is the homemade swing on the big tree. While it apparently hasn't been in issue for the owner in the past, it seems inherently unstable (well, more unstable than a usual swing due to how it was constructed), hung too high (it was looped around the branch) and placed over large, uneven tree roots. Unfortunately, a member of our party merely tried to sit on it, immediately got flipped backwards, landing on exposed roots and severely broke his arm. This required surgery, the insertion of plates and screws, and 6,000 in out-of pocket medical bills (so far). So I would stay clear of the swing. I imagine it would have been a worse injury if he had hit his head or back first. This cut our stay sort and host did refund a day so that was appreciated but I also didn't think she took the danger of swing seriously so I would advise future guests to avoid it.

This is a beautiful home right in the heart of Three Oaks. We loved all the outdoor space-cozy front porch, large back deck with firepit, and a tree swing my kids loved. The owners were very responsive.

Comfortable and stylish retreat

We stayed in this beautiful home for three nights while attending a family wedding weekend at Journeyman Distillery. It became a hub and gathering place for other family members before and after events. The decor is so inviting both inside the house and on the deck, everyone loved it. We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds and linens were super comfortable too. The only issue was the water pressure in the sinks/showers but the host was responsive in addressing it. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was lovely, simply decorated in a kind of modern farmhouse chic, with comfortable beds and furniture. Huge yard! We walked everywhere. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We were in Three Oaks for a family wedding at the Distillery. The house was absolutely perfect. Very tastefully decorated (Magnolia influence which my wife and daughter loved having visited Magnolia a few years ago), everything was in perfect working order and just steps away from the shops and restaurants on Elm St. Was also an easy drive to New Buffalo where we visited for a day. Would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Three Oaks area.

We absolutely loved this property! Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Home looked exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the large kitchen and large deck!
