The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the towels were thirsty and the breakfast was delicious. Slight hiccup with room, but staff was quick to respond & resolve with courtesy & professionalism. We will stay here again.

Room and bathroom were not cleaned well. Bathroom counters were dirty, faucet had a brown substance on it. Bathroom sink cabinet shelf and legs extremely dirty. Floor was really dirty. Chunks of dirt/mud in grouting. TV screen had mystery splashing/running down screen. Loveseat badly stained and uncomfortable to sit on.

I left some shoes to throw away that didn't fit in the trashcan so I left them next to it. About 30 minutes after check out they called to make sure I didn't forget them. 👍

No electricity. No A/C. No Elevator. Had to carry luggage up the stairs. Had to keep my door propped open after clerk opened my door with her key, since I did not have a card (key) to unlock my door to get back in the room after going back to car for other luggage from my car.
