We checked into our room, my four year-old daughter and I and right when we walked in I instantly saw the countertops were not cleaned off, and the floors didn’t look to be clean either. So then that led me to inspect some more. I looked in the shower. There was still soap, residue left and hair that was clearly from the previous guest. Then it looks like our bed was just remade. It didn’t even have fresh sheets. I went and told the front desk and asked if there was any way we could get a different room and she said that they were full for the night but she would send somebody down when she had a moment. My daughter and I left to go get something to eat for dinner and when we came back expecting a cleaner room, the only thing that was cleaned up was the soap residue in the shower. Because of this, my daughter and I were unable to use the full amenities in our room, including the bed. We slept on top of the bed luckily, I brought us blankets at checkout. I also mentioned it to the other receptionist that was on shift and she didn’t say a word besides asking if I wanted my receipt. It was really disappointing because a friend of mine who lives over there recommended this hotel and we were looking forward to it only to be disappointed. I used to work at a hotel as a housekeeper and a receptionist, and I am appalled at our experience. I’ve never had an experience like this, and it saddens me because I won’t be choosing this hotel again.

Newly remodeled: new shower valve installed backwards, hot was cold, cold was hot. New shampoo and conditioner dispensers didn’t work. TV quality poor; screen resolution low, or cable signal levels bad, no guide. Bed not new, pretty worn.

The hotel is currently undergoing remodeling. The remodel looks like it is going to be amazing wjen it is fi ished. The remodel did not affect my stay negatively at all and I would highly recommend Tillamook Inn to anyone looking to benin that area.

The rooms are remodeled and they are still working on the lobby. It is in a central location to everything in Tillamook. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and convenient.

They were in the middle of renovations. What was finished was nice and clean. Everything else was messy. And most of their perks were unavailable ( spa, breakfast, etc.) but you don't find this out until you complete the reservation.

The hotel emailed us 3 times after our booking to advise they were no longer doing breakfast, there was no bath or pool and they were undergoing renovation and yet when we tried to cancel because the facilities were not as advertised, we were told by Hotel.com Virtual Assistant that the booking was non refundable. The hotel never responded to our direct messages so we went with the booking which despite our concern, turned out good as the room we stayed in appeated to be a remodelled one, modern, large, quiet and very comfortable (may have been quiet as no renovation happening over the weekend?) The floor was dusty but may be down to the building work going on? Only gripe was no USB charge point and no coat hangers. Think this will be a great place once work finished and reception are a little more organised. Limited places to eat nearby although there is a shop on site

We booked due to the pool, but they don't have a pool. The whole place is under construction. Their coke vending machine drops your drink, so you can't get it, and they say to call the number on the machine. I found it's a number fix the machine. This had happened to them earlier, but they didn't put up signs, they told me I was out of luck....they were basically, There's nothing we will do. I had asked a guy, who worked there, for an extra blanket....it's just a couple of sheets, with a thin blanket no thicker than a sheet....but he acted like it was a big inconvenience, so I told him nevermind, and turned up their heater in the room. The Kleenex looks like someone had grabbed a bunch, then tried to put them back. We will never stay here again. We had stayed a few yrs ago, but this experience has not been worth the amount I paid. We had a great experience at the Beach side Inn, in Crescent City, and there were mostly homeless staying there. Avoid this place, if you want an experience worth the money or at least until constitution is done. This is so disappointing.
