Great location

We booked fpr one night and our room was beautiful, very big with awesome view of the waterfront. The pool is very small and there wasnt any clean towels. We were there 30mins & 2 other adults went to the desk to ask for more but no one came while we were there. Orherwise we would stay there again. It is very close to everything downtown, easy to walk to nearby places.

I liked that it had parking ,it was walkable to the waterfront,downtown shops ,museums etc.the food in the hotel was very good and reasonable prices and quick room service.i dont have any complaints.i was very satisfied with my stay.

Overall, not bad.

Our room (310) was extremely cold upon arrival so we turned the heat up and went out to dinner. Upon our return, the room was just as cold (probably 16-17c). My wife was very uncomfortable. Not ideal for a relaxing weekend away. Anyway, the next morning I did a little investigating and found the power switch behind a panel. Turned it off and on and maxed out the thermostat. Luckily, it worked, but took all day for the room to reach maybe 21-22c. Other than that, no real issues other than my normal sized Dodge Ram not was too tall for the parking garage. We had to park across the street in an outdoor unsupervised lot. I was very uneasy about that given all the break-ins and vehicle thefts.
