Staff was good, room was older but in decent shape, price was significantly lower than many other hotels near Kennedy Space Center. Convenient to several places in Titusville, and public parks along the Indian River that give a good view of rocket launches (we watched a Falcon 9 launch).

When we arrived at the location there was an active police situation going on and while taking our luggage into the room there was a large German roach on the wall to the left of the TV. We didn't stay, checked out immediately and hotels.com has NOT refunded me

I will start with the positives. We all slept well. The beds were comfortable. The property looks great in the pictures but it is pretty beat up. There is rust on the door frame. Our bathtub did not have a stopper and the inside of the tub was badly stained. The bedding had cigarette burns and rips. This is the first time I have ever checked for bed bugs. Despite the rough look, everything was clean. That is how we could close our eyes at night. The breakfast servers were friendly and very helpful, check in and out were fine.

It was ok for a couple nights while we were waiting for our upcoming cruise. Staff was amazing. Walls are thin! If neighbors are outside smoking be prepared your room will smell like smoke! The bathroom.wa dirty and hair every where didn't look like it had been cleaned. My husband cleaned it because I was so tired from driving 16 hrs all I wanted to do was sleep. Like I said it was an ok stay for passing through.

Allowing people to smoke outside their rooms sort of defeats the allocation of non-smoking rooms. The smoke seeps in anyway and our room stank of smokers with a perfume cover up

Rundown and in need of an update. Nonsmoking room smelled extremely of smoke. Management sent someone to spray and it helped exactly 0. The room was NOT clean in any way. The sheets were at least crisp. The duvet was covered in hair and pizza sauce. Disgusting. The bedside table was sticky and gross. The floor looked as if it hadn’t been swept in weeks. Cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The bathroom door was busted and poorly patched. You had to slam it to get it to shut at all. The walls appear to be crumbling and water damaged around the bottom. Pictures on the website are purposely deceiving in my opinion. It looks newer and updated, when in fact it probably needs torn down.
