Great place tonstay, not too far from in the water restaursnts, suoer close to Kennedy Space Center. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was juat okay.

Everyone was very professional and nice. The receptionist at check-in was really exceptional. The TV in our first room was not working and he immediately changed the room. That was very exceptional because he had a long line of people checking in at that time.

The location is very quiet. Nothing around have to drive for food choices. The room doors do not close by themselves so people slam them shut and the walls shake when the doirs slam. Hotel needs to upgrade doors. Shower needed better cleaning. Stayed here to watch the rocket launch, the observation room on 5th floor was wonderful.

If you're looking for a place that has a good view of the launch pads this is it You can see them right from your window as long as you have a Riverside view. Try to get as high as you can when you get your floor. There is also a viewing area for launches. Don't come too early The property is always booming so if you come early you're just going to be sitting around waiting for your 3:00 check in time and even then you're going to wait. This hotel has the best prices with the best of you available so it's very very busy almost always packed book in FAR in advance

Mildew in the shower. Floors sticky. The soles of your shoes made squishy noise,. Beds are no longer made due to lack of staff. Receptionist needs to be more perceptive.
