Dear Expedia Customer Support,
I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Titusville, booked through your site, and I’d like to request a refund due to several serious issues.
The biggest problem was that both hotel elevators were out of service during our stay. We were on the fifth floor with a toddler and luggage and had to use the stairs repeatedly.
The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Items were missing or stale, and the coffee was either unavailable or undrinkable. We had to go off-site for breakfast. On top of that, the shower had poor water pressure, blackout shades let in too much light, not enough towels were provided, and the hotel's listed online chat support was completely unresponsive.
While the location was convenient and a few front desk staff were friendly, these issues made our stay stressful and uncomfortable. This is not the experience we expected from a Hyatt property booked through Expedia.
I am requesting a refund and would appreciate your help in resolving this.
