Booked a double-double for 2 adults & 17 yr old. Upon check in received room with king bed room and lounge chair. When we went back to ask for the room we booked for 3, we were told the hotel is almost sold out and because we booked via expedia, details are not shared and in any case, the lounge chair can provide sleeping space for 3rd person. Ridiculous!!!! To even speak out such an idea or thought! Front desk at Hyatt proclaiming to be 4 star hotel.

Lovely place

Beautiful hotel, very nice room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Alfredo's excellent service at breakfast. The only inconvenience was the location of the bar in the middle of the atrium, so that the convention attendees' conversations and laughter were disturbing to those rooms facing the atrium who would have preferred quiet at or before midnight. It would have been better to set up a bar area for those people in one of the conference rooms away from the atrium.

Nice hotel/bad room?

The hotel itself is a nice hotel, with friendly staff. However, it seems we got a bum room. The room temperature was very uncomfortable and couldn’t be fixed, the refrigerator didn’t work, the toilet only flushed every fourth or fifth try and the floor layout made it tough to find the room. Just seemed like a lot of issues for the price. The small balcony was nice (and needed with the room temp), and the restaurant was good.

I have visited this hotel multiple times but this time the pool was very messy with unattended kids jumping all around which made the environment not safe for my toddlers. I went to help desk to ask for help but no body came to assist.
