The hotel was clean and safe. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Convenient store (7eleven) was accross the street. - the room had no sunlight through the window, which was a major drawback during the stay. - a bit far (15min walk) to Ginja area - no gym, swimming pool, restaurant - if you would stay for a long period, definately alrecommend. However, for a short term stay, I would recommend to stay in a hotel which offers accomodations and is closer to Ginja area

was unsure about this place bc it was brand new without any reviews when booking but ended up loving it. the staff were super helpful being there 24/7 and helped w any questions w had and were all fluent in english. the room was great and clean but was quite small but that was expected for tokyo but there was storage under the beds which was great. walking distance from many different stations. however the area is quite quiet at night with not many places open at night but there is a 7/11 across the street.

Room was fine, I got the suite which was (by Japanese standards) spacious. The room sadly had no view even from the fifth floor, my view from the window was a wall of the adjacent building a few metres away. Not worth the price I paid. Tokyo is a bit of a tourist trap, to get a decent hotel that is larger than a shoebox you gotta pay obscene amounts even in the off season.

GRAND MONday Ginza was wonderful place for my family and I. It was in a quiet convenient location. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. There was always a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We couldn’t have been any happier with GRAND MONday Ginza. Highly recommend them!

Excellent service, greeted us with cool towels and yakult drinks. Small lobby with minimal seating area. Stayed with adults and 3 kids ranging elementary to high school in a junior suite - new and very clean but a little crowded for 5 people. The kitchen area cabinets had a strong chemical smell, not sure if it is because it is a new building or the cleaning chemicals. Kitchen had electric hot water kettle and Nespresso machine, and they provided pods, tea, cookies, and chocolate. The combination washer dryer in the room was excellent and they even provided a detergent packet. We did laundry every night and didn't have to worry about waiting around in a laundromat. Good location, 5 min walk to takaracho and hatchobori stations. Restaurants nearby and 7-11 across the street.

We had a wonderful stay! So comfortable, convenient, friendly staff, and well equipped. It’s a newer hotel, so everything is fresh and beautiful. Walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommended for our family of 5!

My family of 4 with 2 children stayed at Grand Monday Ginza for 10 days. It was a great stay! The desk staff was great, the hotel was quiet and clean, in a convenient location, close to metro stations, restaurants and a 711 which was helpful for quick meals. The room was spacious and had useful amenities! We would definitely recommend and return!
