The service in this hotel was outstanding. The hotel itself is a bit spartan but it was in a good area and served our purposes well.

The hotel was close to all things in the area. The room was small but that was known before booking. I would probably add another step to get up into the bathroom area of the room especially for the older person. The shower was fantastic but need to be careful with some fluctuations in the hot water. Being able to store luggage in the hotel while waiting to catch a late afternoon flight was very helpful. Overall I would probably stay again but get a bigger room so I had a little more space for the solo traveller

Location is very good but the hotel itself is rundown. Paint flaking off walls. In the room one of the closets was falling off the wall and peeling back part of it. Room was not very clean, and the rest of the hotel is falling apart. Cheap place to stay and close to everything but the hotel itself was bad.

The room was BEYOND small, I’ve stayed at other spots in Tokyo and I’m familiar with the size of Japanese rooms but this was a matchbox. It also felt dirty, the carpet in the room was soooooooo old and looked like it needed a wash years ago. But, the location is great.
