This hotel was horrible and nothing like the pictures. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Lobby was clean. Rooms were horrible. Our room smelled like mildew, one of the TVs wouldn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush without trying 3-4 times. Horrible cracks around the ceiling and chunks of the wall breaking off. The pool has peeling paint all over the ground so there are paint pieces all in the pool water and the bubbles up paint sticks to your feet as you walk around. The hot tub was also out of service but the water was very green and just gross looking. We disliked it so much we tried to find another room available for the night and just take the $280 loss for this room but couldn’t find anything. I would never stay here again. I feel bad that my children had to stay here.

Staff was a bit rude. We couldn't figure out the 2 knob system for shower and they we short and rude. The toilet had to flush 2 or 3 times to flush and handle was broken had to wiggle so it would refill water The coffee pot had coffee still in it.. the microwave had coffee all spilled in it, laundry was not good and had no quarters to use it.( put a cc pay on it if you dont have quarters) the breakfast was nothing and out of stuff. They had no towels for pool or bath towels.. we had 5 people and 3 towels.. the lobby was leaking and had buckets. The room for computer had papper all over floor for 2 days and no one picked up.. they were just inconvenient and will not recommend staying there..

The hotel is very conveniently located to the campus, however, the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The breakfast was poor at best..dirty tables with syrup all over them. The rooms have very thin walls and it's extremely noisy. The bathrooms have no counter space to place a toiletry bag..the rods in the closet are very short, so my daughter's graduation gown couldn't even be hung in there. The shade didn't work. Towels are old and not in good shape. Just a very poor design to the extremely dark room. Our encounters with the staff were pleasant, but Best Western needs to work on this property...especially for the rate we were charged.

Stay was great. Hotel was clean. Room was clean. But the shower barely worked. The angle couldn’t be adjusted and sprayed against the far wall and the handle fell apart. Good water flow, but the equipment was messy and broken.
