Consider Staying Somewhere Else

Hotel was obviously run down. Charged a $50 “incidental” charge. No hot water first night due to an equipment malfunction but the next day there was still only luke warm water. Air conditioning didn’t work. The managers special was nice. They were cheap on breakfast because someone served you the food instead of having a buffet.

Solid place to stay, clean and fresh

Always choose to stay here when in Topeka. Not a particularly fancy property, but very clean (no smells) and everything is well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There was strong odor of marijuana throughout the hallways and room that made it nauseating. There were stains in the bedroom, including the carpet and the lampshades. The light was flickering on and off for 5 seconds each time it was turned on, and overall the room just seemed a bit dank. Overall, it was good enough to stay for the night and we were able to bring our Cat, however, I do not think I would stay here again, especially for more than

Bed was very comfortable. Safe area. Only one small bar of soap to share between vanity area and shower. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, but the hot food was not good. I finally settled on yogurt and toast.

Updated rooms very comfortable.

We actually stayed twice. The rooms are very nice & updated...the hallways not so much. The lady making & serving breakfast is awesome & had a decent selection. Parking was well lit.
