Overall good stay. Hair dryer in bathroom was full of fabric or something making it unusable but that was not super necessary. Quiet hotel, comfy bed and decent breakfast

I want a full refund from ths POS hotel

Do not stay here. The rooms are horrible. The floor above us made the walls shake. We called front desk, who said you must be on 1st floor, the kids on 2nd florr make the walls rattle whne they run. It was 11pm before we could sleep. The bathroom shower was a joke. The water pressure from the broken shower head was so poor, it made it almost impossible too get shampoo out of hair. They are trying to remodel, half the hallwys have wall paper pealing off the walls The parking lot has so many holes it was very difficult to get in or out without damaging the car.

Be aware that they will charge you an additional $150 deposit upon check in that is not noted at booking. It was stated that the deposit would be returned at the time of check out but I didn't receive mine back for over a week. Sheets and towels were also covered in stains. Breakfast was fine and staff was nice enough, but I will not be staying at this chain ever again.

Meh..

Didn’t realize the hotel was under renovation - so lots of construction debris in hallway. And the microwave in the room had not been cleaned. Also, the air unit didn’t turn off at all, even though it WAS off. Blew cold air constantly. We ended up checking out a day early.

Construction on the floor I was staying . The whole floor was tore up. Weird smells, the shower facet was awful! $150 deposit per night !!! So glad I was only there 1 night.

This hotel was nice for a two night stay. The front desk staff was very nice, and we appreciated the cookies and water at check-in. Everything we needed was there. Convenient location. We have stayed here several times, and it meets our needs. Nothing fancy, but clean and functional.

I stayed here in September 2025 and everything was great minus the elevator breaking down. This time I was initially put in a room that someone was already in. When I opened the door the tv was on and stuff was all over. I then was put in an accessible room that had a strong paint smell. I wasn’t in the room that much so it was tolerable, but not sure I would stay here again.

Having Breakfast was nice except scrambled eggs were bland, and it would of been nice to see bacon as well. When booking, wasn’t aware they were remodeling, Some staff members seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Are stay was okay.
