Horrible hotel to stay at!!!!!

This has been my worse experience in staying in a hotel room. When I made the reservations online I had put on there that I would pay at the property. So when I arrived and asked to be checked in the front desk rep had asked for my ID and when I gave him my ID he said my rooms were paid already. When I chummy account they had ran my card earlier that day. So I proceeded with my check in and got my key to the room. I went up stairs to see the room and for some reason I had in my head to check the bed sheets which I never do this but I did and when I picked the top bed spread out and the white bottom sheet had a lot of small hair on it I walked to the bathroom to check it out there was dirt all around the toilet seat and around the window space board there was so much dirt that I ran my fingers across it and my fingers were brown with all that dirt and dust. So I went downstairs to talk to the front desk and one of the older gentleman ask me what was wrong I told him and he went back upstairs with me so I can show him what was going on he then told me that was fine for me to go talk to the front desk person. I asked for a refund of my money because I wasn’t going to stay there with it looking like that. They told me that I had to contact Hotel.com because I made the reservation through them and that they didn’t run my card for the pay so that was the reason they chive me a refund.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! This place is disgusting. The lobby has broken windows and the desk is a mess. They gave me a room that had a family already in it which made them very safe. I will always put the safety lock on after this altercation. The TV didn't work and won't fix the issue. I walked in and walked right back of the breakfast area as it was so dirty and disgusting. The room had blood and food on the walls. The bedding had dirt and cigarette holes in it. Paint was peeling off the ceiling. I am not sure how Super 8 allows these owners to be part of corporation. This goes down as the worst hotel I have every stayed in and the desk person was speechless when I told him about all the issues.

Hello my name is Latosha Parrish At this Super 8 location, it is extremely disgusting, dirty smells like mildew/mold the window's seals and safety screens are broken, and it reeks of cigarette smoke which is odd being that all of the room doors say no smoking. There were also burn holes in the blankets the tub was stained/dirty and what would be a ding to the health inspector the fire alarm it was beeping because they refused to replace the battery.. I left the premises I could never Lay my head down in such a place and feel safe or comfortable stay. I would like a full refund, please

The condition need improvement in general, such as non-stop heater in the room, worn out bed sheet, worn out dirty carpet. The waffle maker is broken. Only bread and coffee are available for breakfast. No hot water, milk, yogurt or fruit.

The property was not clean and smelled bad. There was a strong odor of smoke throughout the whole facility. My wife was unable to stay here due to asthma and general uncleanlyness. We were refused a refund and they would not refund pet deposit after viewing room for only 5 minutes. I woul avoid staying at this place at all costs.

Property was in terrible condition. Room was dirty. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Several pillows didnt have pillow cases. Smoke detector had been ripped out and the entire room smelled like smoke despite it being a "non-smoking" room. They also had not plowed their parking lot. I had to be towed out because it was so snowy and icy. At least two other customers had to be towed out as well. It was a dump.

What a nightmare; starting at booking

Absolutely filthy. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, unvacuumed floor, dirt on the bathroom floor and the bathroom ceiling fan was coming out of the ceiling which created a hole in the ceiling. The room was disgusting. When we arrived, the parking lot was not shoveled from the snow at all. Many cars were stuck and parked in the middle of the lot. How dangerous. The people working also seemed like they did not care about the parking lot being so incredibly dangerous. My experience was awful. The room felt itchy and disgusting. No comfort from the moment I entered the parking lot. Overall, my experience was terrible. Not to mention I tried to book a pet friendly hotel and used hotels.com filter. I booked this hotel and in the confirmation they had a notice saying no pets allowed or there would be a $250 fine. When I reached out to hotels.com to cancel, they couldn’t because Super8 couldn’t connected them to the correct person to cancel my booking. So hotels.com told me my only options were to wait for a confirmation of a cancellation which would take 24 hours or keep the booking. I was traveling and didn’t not have the funds or time to wait and purchase another reservation elsewhere. Hotels.com DID NOT care and wouldn’t accommodate in any way to help me out. False advertising is not okay; whether it’s Super8 confirmation being false OR hotels.com filtering incorrectly. The stress is unnecessary. My entire experience was horrible.

I wouldnt stay here.

It was dirty, not helpful staff, checking out took 10 mins, and the parking lot was terrible, i got stuck multiple times, and they didnt even offer to help, consequently was late to work. Really need to pay to have the parking lit cleared. Was noisy all night a d smelled like weed in the office and down the hall.
