Me and My Husband stayed in The Huckleberry Suite. The room was Fabulous and Spacious. The bathroom was Amazingly Huge. Very nice and quiet. Swimming n hot tub was relaxing. The Buffet was delicious. Gamble for a little bit, then turn in for the night. We would definitely be back again❤️

Fire alarm went off at 11:45 pm. Had to evacuate. No direction from the staff (they were outside standing around the parking lot). When we asked a staff member what was happening, he replied, “It’s a fire drill”. Seriously??? At midnight? After a while, we were allowed back into the hotel. No apology from the manager, no offer of a discount for disrupting our sleep. Manager said “We don’t have any control over the fire alarm”. We packed our luggage and left immediately. We’ll never stay there again.

We loved the hotel, room and staff. We were somewhat disappointed in the casino. There were no poker or keno machines. Also, this was a dry casino with no alcohol served or allowed.

A group of us was on a road trip ended up arriving later than planned, called hotel to make sure all good w/ reservation,whoever p/u had terrible customer service. Pretended they couldn't hear us & hung up on us a couple of times. Room: hot and stuffy, 1 light bulb out, corner lamp w/no where to plug to turn on, overall the lighting was horrible. 1 bathroom light kept on going off and on. Floors were dirty, sides of the carpet full of dust, shower curtain was all wrinkly/old.Fridge not cold. Food court: Mexican eatery, condiment was a mess, splashed all over the place. We opted for the burger place. Both place the employees seemed so unhappy & not friendly at all. It was like "order your food and get out of out of our face" mood. Food court was filty, floors not swept, garbage piled up. Cafe: Got coffee in the morning & 1 staff was talking to another staff even tho we were at the register. When she came up, I said good morning & she gave a smug look & asked what I wanted. No hi, no good morning. Over all it was not a good experience. Customer service is everything & this place didn't have any. The casino is none smoke,which is great! But it's also a dry place, no alcohol and a rotten cust service, makes it a no stop for future trips with us and friends.
