Perfect hotel for any occasion and very conveniently located for shopping and tourist attractions. The staff at Aloft are so helpful & friendly. They go the extra mile and then some to make sure your stay is perfect. We were so lucky to have one lady make our special surprise request for our child's birthday happen. Thank you so much! Will definitely stay there again. Also the hotel has a great bar & restaurant in the lobby with pool table and lots of comfy lounge space so you can hang out somewhere besides your room. Plus a great selection of snacks and drinks so no need to run to the store. 100% Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, whole property was clean. Very convenient location for shopping, and visiting Wonderland and Mandarin. Pool was heated, maybe a little too warm but pool area was nice and clean. Lobby looks like it has a nice bar and guests were actually using it and hanging out in lobby and outside patio.
