Staff were really friendly and helpful. Thor was working the reception desk. Very busy, but so helpful and pleasant. Waitress in the bar also got us a meal and very attentive even though it was late. Cheerful too.

I was bitten by bed bugs all over after staying just one night for a lay over. I called the front desk to make them aware, they said the would put in a request to maintenance to go check properly and call me back. They never called never did anything to fix this and was confirmed bed bug bites and this was the only place I stayed.
