The staff are great and the gym and pool are nice. However the room was not clean, the bathroom was grimy and I don’t think they’ve ever clean around the windows, there’s black mold growing on top the vents.

Most importantly there was no "signature scent" plaguing you in the halls or rooms. Toiletries had only the lightest scent and were in good supply instead of terrible tiny containers. Pool was lovely and towels were always available.

The hotel itself and staff were wonderful. Very clean and professional. The outside was as good as it can be in the neighborhood it’s located. All the typical issues you’d expect to find in a city this size were present near the hotel entrance.

Had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton! The room was spotless, and the front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Housekeeping was exceptional—this place was immaculate! Loved the fresh baked cookies as a welcome treat. Conveniently located near eateries and shopping centers. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and relaxing. Plus, there’s a nice big parking area. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience
