Loved the support of Blue Jays. Great location. Nice size room. Good shower and water pressure, and bathroom amenities including body cream, most appreciated. Front desk staff did all possible for early checkin, as we were heading to a memorial service and needed to get ready. Bathroom sink was leaking onto shelves below which I reported for next guest. Overall, a good experience.

Location was okay. Close to TTC and Dundas Square. Room had a strong odour so was moved to another room. Minimal bedding provided, a bit cold in October. Charged for parking after checking out though it was already paid separately. Sent an email but no response. Phoned the property and was told they have no record of the payment. Very disappointing.

very close to lots of great spots downtown! easy to call for uber or walk. the room was fresh and clean! and the staff was kind, accommodating, welcoming, and very helpful. our room was checked daily by housekeeping and they even arranged my plushies on the bed, which always made me smile. only two small complaints: some of the dishes in the cupboard were wet and had food stuck to them, like the dishwasher didn’t complete the job. and the shower design forces you to be in the water stream when you turn on the tap, which is always very cold at the start! everything else was perfect. i would book here again.
