It was supposed to be a suite with a separate sitting area andnit wasn't. It was supposed to have a bath and it only had a shower. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and hardly any for the actual bed.

The room was too hot (temperature). The service man couldn’t fix it, so he brought in a fan to help us sleep. We had to pay for parking, and there were no spots in the parking lot?? Lots of cars with snow on them that probably had not been moved in a week! They should not be charging for parking spots if they don’t have any!!

I have stayed at this particular location a few different times and the rooms have been clean both stays. Overall, this hotel is very nice and it is clean. The only issue I had was I wanted a room with a view of the city and they gave me a room facing the new hotel there building and i fell like you shouldnt have to pay for parking at this location really no need the parking lot is part of the hotel

Inn is average as expected. It is going through continued renovations and is a mixture of 70's decore with updates here and there. Staff is very nice and texted numerous times asking how my week long stay was going. Parking was not free and no breakfast vouchers provided unless booked "correctly". The attached Perkins restauant was excellent (both service & food) and not busy all the time. Room was clean with fresh paint but as mentioned mixed with 70's wallpaper, rug, etc. My only complaint would be that the toilet was very loose and when I checked out they said they would have fixed it sooner but I just dealt with it so that it is on me.
