Location was terrific. Walkable to Union Station. Across the quiet street from many eating places. There was no microwave. The TV sound kept cutting in and out so I finally turned it off. Every channel. Prefer no carpet but apparently a regular accessible room doesn’t come like that. Staff were very helpful and courteous

Worst breakfast for Coeliac in 20 years. Truely awful with no help from staff. Reception unhelpful at checkin, during stay and scarcastic on exit. Room nice though.
