Great spot to stay downtown, close to everything including CN tower, hockey hall of fame, Scotiabank arena. The Scotland Yard across the street is a great spot to grab a beverage!

The piped- in fragrance in the entrance and in room (smells like fresh baked cookies) to be artificial and overwhelming. Some mould issues in the bathroom could be better addressed. Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and otherwise very clean.

My stay here was fantastic. Was clean, quiet, comfortable and they even did something special for my wife because I mentioned it was her birthday. I highly recommend this hotel. Parking is ready and great and the staff are phenomenal. 10 stars. Thank you again

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Close to ScotiaBank and Roger’s centre. Plus close to transit! The Keg is directly across the street plus there is a Tim Hortons down the street. I will stay here again!

Start are excellent and room is very nice. Convenient location with nice restaurants right across the street. Hotel restaurant has loud dance-beat music and breakfast, this needs to be addressed, very unpleasant.

From the start to end of our stay everything was good, parking conveniently located, room was clean and spacious, food was good. If i had one criticism it would be lack of water pressure and hot water in the shower.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and apologetic when machines were down to get my deposit back. Rooms were fairly clean, though could be dusted a bit. But the showers were very clean though, and I loved the huge mirror and counter space. Fridge was nice and cold, and we really loved the water refill stations by the ice machines on each floor. The pool and hot tub were great, and sauna was nice. Pool was a good tempature, hot tub could've been warmer. The cafe next to the lobby was really comfortable, the server we had who was also the bartender was attending to so many people at once, but he was still very courteous and quick with our drink orders. There is a convenience store right beside the hotel and some restaurants and bars as well as a shoppers that is a 10 min walk away for anything you need. Front desk also has food and items for sale. The convenience store also offers luggage storage, which was super helpful to use after we checked out but still wanted to do some shopping and sight seeing around Toronto without having to take our luggage everywhere. Overall great stay, definitely recommend if you want a hotel that's close Union station, Scotiabank arena, St Lawrence Market and other downtown events!
