I was nervous prior to checking in because of previous reviews saying roaches were found in some of the rooms. I had already booked a non-refundable stay prior to seeing the reviews. The hotel seem to have taken care of the issue (I saw a response that they called in pest control). If you're looking for a hotel that provides basic amenities and comfortable rooms, this hotel fits the bill. It's pretty standard but felt clean. The beds are comfortable. The room and bathroom didn't look outdated to me and there was no weird smell. I really liked having the kitchenette as we were able to boil water and prep our own snacks. They provide cookware and dishes for you to use. Customer service was good and they responded quickly to our requests (we needed additional towel and toiletries). The breakfast is not extraordinary, but there's enough hot and cold variety and quantity to keep you full - no complaints there. I liked that the continental and hot breakfast are included in the stay, as well as parking. One thing that I wish it had was a hot tub and/or sauna to relax in. It only has an indoor heated pool. Overall, no complaints and would consider staying here again as long as the price is reasonable.

After returning from our vacation with two other couples, their vehicle had been stolen from the hotel's parking lot. There are no security cameras except for the front door lobby, and they could definitely use security cameras outside surrounding their hotel.

After driving all day in a snowstorm we arrived at the hotel and went into a ground floor room which had cockroaches on the wall. They relocated us to the third floor but the cockroach vibe did not go away. The second room had damaged furnishings.

Very nice 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults. Provided us two couples privacy, but a shared living room space/dining area to have meals together. Good breakfast as well. Would definitely book there again.
