Reserved a king bed got 2 queen beds instead! Room was not clean holes in floor floorboards coming off! We have stayed there before room was great not this time. We won’t be going back guess you get what you pay for

Cortez Stay

We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time and were able to check in. Room was spacious but the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned well. Still dirty shoe prints. The AC was a nightmare. It was so noisy, we had to shut it off to be able to sleep. Sounded like a mixture of hail, popcorn popping and aluminum foil being crumbled. Some WD-40 will go a long way. Breakfast was good.

Front desk employee was great. The room was clean but after a few hours it smelled like cigarettes. It didnt feel too safe outside.seemed like some people were actually long term residents and not tourists. Too much commotion outside.
