The front desk clerk at check-in was very friendly and personable. She made us feel very welcome. There were snacks of fruit and popcorn available for no charge. The area was clean and festively decorated for Valentines. Although we were shocked at the high ($75) pet fee, I appreciated that it was clearly displayed on signage at the desk.

The staff was excellent! Helpful, considerate sweet! Food was delicious! And the Christmas decorations were perfect and made us feel so much Christmas spirit!!

the tub was stained and gross looking. the sheets were dingy and grey and the bed was very old and hard as a rock. The room was very outdated.
