Please note: M22 runs through the property, separating the house from the waterfront. Guests will need to cross the road to access the dock and water. The dock extends over the rocky shoreline and is accessible through the deck’s side gate.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Minimum booking age is 25.
- No pets.

Guest Access:
This property features self-check-in. Check-in after 10 pm is not permitted. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form and agreeing to our terms of service. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are provided with a small amount of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.
•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)
•Dispose of food and trash.
•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link.
•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)
•Washed, dried, and put away dishes.
•Turn off lights.
•Lock the door.
