Great Place!

Fell in love with this boutique motel. Perfect location, close to so many attractions. The owners made great use of space. Great pool, beautiful yard, BBQ, along with a fire pit. Lots to enjoy. We plan to stay again.

It was renovated and very clean! It was pretty pricey and right on a busy road so you could hear traffic all night. It would be nice to provide ear plugs for guests.

Don’t believe the photos or reviews of this little motel. It was clostrophobically small, smelled like smoke and mold. I paid $215 to stay here but it’s worth about $60. They must pay for their reviews. Someone said they had a great breakfast? It was literally some danishes and cold cereal “to go” with make your own keurig coffee.

Simple but comfy

We really appreciated how easy check in was. Room was very clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable too. Only reason for not giving five stars was the size of the bathroom with regard to the shower.

⚠️ Privacy & Hygiene Concerns – Would Not Recommen

Stayed at this property for one night. Soon after arrival, I received a suspicious group scam text and later a strange call from a virtual number. My phone also auto-connected to the motel’s Wi-Fi without my consent, which was very concerning. The next morning, I woke up with multiple itchy red bites on my arms and legs, likely from bed bugs. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly happened during my stay. In addition, the room I got looked nothing like the photos on the booking platform — it was outdated, worn down, and very poorly maintained. On top of that, the room had no soundproofing at all — I could hear everything from outside and from neighboring rooms, which made it hard to sleep. I reported the issues, but the hotel denied everything without investigating. Overall, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Property was relatively clean. There was a stain in the ceiling that looked like water stain. I didn’t see any staff onsite. Remote check in through a lockbox was good. The bathroom was kind of small. Not much space for toiletries. AC was good and effective. Overall good for short stays.

Very small place but did well for what we needed. The bathroom was super small not for tall/big people even though u can detach the shower head. Breakfast was just cereal, bars, fruit and bagels. It was so so we only grabbed the fruit and milk

Not what we were expecting. Advertisement pictures did not truly represent the condition of the property. Old wooden steps and walkway to take you to your rooms. No outside seating are like advertisement implied. Water view was of marsh not lake. Room was clean and functional but overall state of property and location led us to drive on and find another place to stay.
