This is how a hotel should operate!! 5 star will be returning! Clean, great staff, lots of good places nearby. Honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to!!

The only thing I would advise the hotel is Togo through the rooms and common area and update the rugs because some where trip hazards We didn't dine there So can't rate that. The pools were exceptionally clean. Enjoyed the stay

Loved my stay. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I loved the check in, I was offered a glass of sparkling wine! I dined at the restaurant and it was a wonderful meal. The room was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is perfect. Walkable to the downtown shopping and restaurants, yet on the Bay. Greatly enjoyed the hot pool on a winter night also! Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful and sparkling clean hotel and service was outstanding! With perfect views of the bay and walking distance to downtown plus a free shuttle too! The outdoor pool ambiance with music and lights and a full bar! By far the best place I’ve ever stayed in Traverse City!

I got to hotel and the dates were wrong. Plus daily kept getting mysterious charges on my debit card. When got to hotel I needed 2 beds they said I was booked for a king for one night. I booked 2 nights and 2 beds. Gym was super outdated. Not worth the high prices in my opinion. Great price in winter but all it’s worth

We loved our stay here. The room was great. The public spaces were really inviting. The outdoor pool in winter looked fun for the brave souls who went swimming. The best perk was the free shuttle bus. I’ll definitely stay here again.
