We had to check out a day early due to upcoming snow on our travel route. Supervisor Doris Rivera noticed we were checking out early and asked if everything was OK. When I explained the situation to her, she told me how to contact Orbitz so they would contact her to authorize a refund for the night we did not stay. I really appreciated that.
