This property is very dated. Carpets in the hallway are visibly stained and dirty. There was no hot water in the morning. We had trouble getting onto the Internet and the front desk wasn’t any help. The coffee in the morning was really just brown water. The door handle on our room opened swinging up rather than swinging down and that was very weird. The key card reader on one of the outside entrances only worked half the time and the keys themselves were a little bit iffy. We didn’t use the indoor pool because it’s extreme proximity to the front desk and it felt very public. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 2 night stay and we were in and out during the day, and there was opportunity for them to clean the room, but they chose not to. It was really the worst Comfort Inn and Suites that I’ve ever stayed in. They really do have a higher bar. We were very disappointed

4th of July weekend at the lake provides high traffic, therefore, planning, executing and providing an excellent customer service should be a top priority for a hotel manager/owner. There are limited choices in this small town and I will consider a different hotel if visiting lake again. No daily housekeeping, lack of cleanliness in the room, breakfast coffee was tasteless/no coffee flavor, stinky trash was pilled up by one of the entrances. Either the hotel was short staffed or needs better management. A staff member was very attentive and responsive to request, however, this really can’t make up for the overall experience at the hotel.

Check in was ok entrance on the side where we parked for room access there was full trash cans and overflow on the floor and the smell was horrible had to hold your breath to walk through there and the room above is sounds like a foot race going on

The hotel is very good considering it is an old hotel, the bathroom smelled bad, the carpets were dirty, there was no ice, we went on the weekend, and the pool was closed on Sunday for cleaning, which is not supposed to be the weekend when there are more people, why don't they clean it during the week, I definitely didn't like that

AC didn’t work. Front desk did a hard reset but that still didn’t work. Carpets didn’t look to be vacuumed in weeks. Pool was a green color and smelled.

Check in guy was friendly. The hotel is dated, but as we got to our room it was clean and did not smell. While the hotel had many guests we did not hear anything from neighboring rooms. Sleep was peaceful! Another plus is check-out is noon! Make sure and eat at Outer Edge Pizzeria!

I like Comfort Inn this is the hotel we always choose to use. The only thing I found wrong on this Hotel was it need to be cleaned. Carpets were dirty, the refrigerator froze all of our fresh food. Cherries, baby cucumbers, baby tomatoes.

Our stay started out great. The 1st room we had was still a bit dirty and didn't looked like it was turned over, so they upgraded us to a suite for free. The staff was great, however when we checked out after staying 4 days we were driving back to San Diego and after being on the road for a couple hours we noticed my wife left her iPad in the room. We checked the location and we saw the iPad was still at the hotel. We called the front desk to please retrieve the iPad for us and we would make arrangements for a family member to come and pick it up. Unfortunately the staff claimed it was not in the room or Hotel even though the find my iPad said it was. Several minutes after we called the iPad was shut off. We have contacted the GM of the property and are awaiting for more information.
