Cody (the staff person at the front desk) was superb!!! Friendly, incredibly helpful, making sure and that the room and accommodations were to our satisfaction, assisting with an internet connection issue, asking and following up as to whether we needed anything, etc. Top notch in every regard!!!

Ok. This place is pretty nice. Clean etc but walk out back and the View is of a glorified shallow gravel pit with filthy dirty Rotting mattresses and furniture that if not from this facility it sure looks like it! Come on. Clean it up folks!

Anniversary trip to T or C

Person who checked us in was very friendly. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. There were several red/brown stains on the carpet, but we wore shoes in the room to avoid stepping on them. Pool and hot tub were working, but we didn't have the time to try them. Breakfast was disappointing as a sign on the door said there was a power outage so only waffles and yogurt were available (there was power to make the waffles and refrigerate the yogurt, but not make eggs or cereal?). With my Celiac disease, I was able to have a yogurt and coffee, which worked. Soundproofing in our room not the greatest as we could here the people next door talking. Room did have mini refrigerator and microwave which was nice

The room had no towels in it. There were dirty clothes under the chairs from a previous guest. There was old tupperware in the refrigerator from a prior guest.

The rooms were great but we were not aware that you have to request for room cleaning at the front desk. No one advised us to do so. We thought we simply didn't put out the DO NOT DISTURB sign and the housekeeping people would automatically clean/make the beds/replace soiled towels, etc. We stayed there for 3 nights without cleaning. We had to ask for towel replacement. Also, the bed covers didn't smell fresh out of the laundry. They smelled "used." However, we enjoyed your breakfast! What a great way to start our day! Thank you.

When we got to our room, we did not have any towels except the wet one hanging up. Not a great experience but I guess you get what you pay for.

Best customer service

I gotta say they take it seriously to taking care of you. Our tv was broken and they immediately removed it from the room and replaced it with a new one.
