Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Not used to having a tub and shower that close to the bed. Little cool outside but enjoyed the grounds. Breakfast was simple but had the basics, very clean area.

The room was rather small for the price. Check-in was a bit of a hassle as I paid for my sisters room, asked if they would need my physical card, was told no, then when she tried to check in she was held up because I needed to come with my physical card. Nice place, but not as nice as I hoped.

Grounds are beautiful and the private included hot springs soak was amazing! The included breakfast was really tasty and they offered many good options. I was a bit disappointed with the room itself. I felt like it was pretty dated and could have used some updating. Staff was wonderful; friendly and extremely helpful. I think for the price; the rooms could have been nicer. The town itself has lots of funky little shops and art galleries. Loved the town, everyone was so friendly!
