I had a tremendous experience at Sierra Grande. Great facility, great staff, very quiet, the room was large and well appointed, the soaking tubs were great and I definitely felt pampered. One of the great surprises was the quality of the included breakfast.

Truth or Consequences is really an interesting town & the Sierra Grande Lodge is a lovely place to stay. Great rooms, great staff, nice breakfasts. The hot tubs are wonderful.

Comfortable rooms, but all on the second floor, so you have to carry your own suitcase up the stairs . Lovely bathrub/shower combo in room. Mineral bath soaks in nice private rooms and spa treatment was excellent.

Overall nice property but it is an old building so somewhat dated. Biggest concern is the shower/tub where it required stepping up and over into the unit. If mobility is of any concern for you it might be an issue. We didn’t think we needed accessibility features but this could be hard for some.

Sierra Grande is a unique property with mineral baths in the heart of Truth or Consequences. We enjoyed our relaxing stay there and took a tour of the Ladder Ranch.

Beautiful and relaxing

Enjoyed both the outdoor private soak and an indoor private soak. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had such an incredible variety of choices.
