This place is a beautiful facade trying to hold up to the Ramada style of nice hotels. I was impressed as We walked in for the first time, it gives you the impression of a well maintained hotel. Nice little gift store and large breakfast area across from the checkin,very nice. Well what a horrible shock after going to our room down a poorly lite hallway, walls were dirty and the carpet was so-so. Now getting to the room, door open and walk in the room was so cold like a morg went to turn the lites on and most did not work in the first room so had to find the light that worked. Ok now into the next area the bathroom changing area wow lights worked bathroom also. Going to the main bedroom king bed only one lamp worked and also freezing in there. The controls were right on the wall next to the bed. Turned the control to heat and set it high to warm the room up. That was a joke it still blew ice cold air
Called the desk and told them of the issues with lights and A/C- Heating, said they will send the maintenance man. The air filter in the low ceiling was so bad and not really sure any air could get through it I took photo of it.
Ok now other notable things, the microwave looked like it went to war but the small room fridge was decent, the room furniture was nice but was kind back in the 70s. I can go on really but this is my rating if this Ramada ( 2 ) Oh by the way I didn't tell you I' a Travel agent and this is my review of this hotel that Wyndham Hotels puts there name on.
