The front desk staff was amazing. She printed a document I needed and even gave me a pen to fill it out. The breakfast is served in the lobby. You can eat there but they recommend taking it to your room. Breakfast was better than most. Room clean and comfortable.

Definitely not what the pics show. The room was clean the bed was amazing but the shower was awful. Shower rod falling off the wall and shower head would not adjust. Literally had hand towels in the room to dry with after shower. Was not impressed with breakfast.

I waited15 minutes alone in the office waiting to check in. Next I use a vertual credit card for all my stays and she wanted the actual card. What's the point of having a vertual card if you have to hand over the ctual card. I am on a 20 night trip and this is the only night I needed to do this. I had to give her my debit card number to settle things, which I was totally oppo. Lastthe toilet backed up first time we tried to use it.A person with an identical key walked in our room. vertual card if u need

Very clean room. Comfy bed and pillows, lots of hot water and great water pressure. Room air worked great. Nice staff. The only problem was the room sink didnt drain well. I would suggest the front lobby use a good airing out.

Clean and very comfortable, however...

Pet friendly hotel for us. Clean & comfortable. My only complaint was our pet room had stained carpet. Hotels should learn to not to put carpet in pet rooms. Hardwood or tile is perfered.

We waited for 15 min for somebody to come and help us at the reception. We rang the bell call the hotel phone to see it somebody could help US after 15 min 3 girls came out and only said sorry.at checkout the same they supposedly had Continental breakfast but there was nothing. Room was dirtyand smelly

Wonderful experience

We decided to take a last minute trip to Santa Fe. And had a horrible experience @ a place called the Sage. Anyway we drove back toward home, and stayed at the Days Inn. I can not say enough good things about them The rooms were nice and clean and the Beds were comfortable and cozy. Our toon was waiting for us just at the right temperature. We slept later than intended.

Never answers phone. No one at front desk had to call multiple phone numbers to get someone to front desk. I could hear multiple people talking in the office behind the front desk. Called phone numbers listed on paper and still they would not come out. Room was clean

Stay away!!!

Reception desk was covered with fast food and fast food wrappers. Lock was completely broken to get upstairs. Coffee maker in room didn’t work and when I went downstairs to get breakfast coffee she said it was not available. Terrible service. Rundown property.
