Pros: clean room Cons: no security lights in parking lot, ice machine broke, minimal hot water, breakfast was put out 30 minutes late…and then only 4 slices of bread, 2 jellies, 2 bagels, and 1/4 gallon of milk, that’s it!, building was cold, no one at the front desk, no paper receipt…promised email receipt, but not received.

The room was clean, but there was no heat as the room unit only blew cold air. The staff brought in a tiny heater meant for under a desk and the man assured it would work. I woke up at 4AM to a none working tiny heater and freezing. He brought in two more heaters and this finally worked. There was no apology for inconveniences. Also, the refrigerator did not cool. Proper maintenance is missing at this location.
