Sadly, my daughter and I cancelled our stay as the bonnaroo festival was canceled. We stayed in Nashville at another hotel that expedia helped us book because manchester did not seem safe. Expedia fought hard to have this hotel refund something. They refunded nothing. I travel a lot. Think twice about a hotel that is this rigid.

Alex the operator was incredibly accommodating at what is his busiest time of year Bonnaroo! I would recommend this hotel to any type of traveler anny time. Fantastic stay. I'm not a review guy, but I had to say something and I stay in hotels 150 nights a year.

Friendly, extremely customer service oriented. Owner took a personal interest in ensuring we were comfortable. Free happy hour. Breakfast was personally made for each individual of whatever they want it off the menu. Rooms were comfortable and newly renovated, definitely would go back again without question.

The hotel is remarkably clean and comfortable. It has charging stations for a variety of vehicles (Tesla, Honda, Toyota, Nissan). The manager, Alex, provides a made to order breakfast. He was very cordial and helpful. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was spacious. When we checked in we were offered beer or wine during happy hour. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. Area seems very safe and quiet.

Staff was very pleasant... The room needs work especially in the shower.. A bit disappointed after the high reviews. Made to order breakfast was same as found on the usual hot bar. I imagine they were trying to cut waste by only cooking what's needed. Plus they wanted a time you were coming, which when I travel, its when I get up and ready.. Didn't care for being on a clock. That and the room barely passing muster, puts this place on my not coming back list..
