Cockroach - O would not give a refund

There was a cockroach in the room and the owner told us there was nothing he could do regarding a refund. We checked in on 1/24/25 around 5pm and checked out 1/25/25 at 6:15 am. We had to book a new hotel the day of my sisters wedding to have a clean space to leave our things.

Check in was easy once the attendant came to the desk who was in the back on the phone. The room was small but clean. The heat was set too high but there was snow outside. The bedding was just sheets when we went to ask for a blanket nobody was at the desk. The breakfast was pretty good.
