We were told this facility was very nice in years past. We had reservations for 2 nights. After checking in, we immediately made a decision to find other accommodations. We’ve never done that before but conditions of facility and room led us to make other plans.

Trash, dirty, the whole building smelled VERY strongly of weed. Carpet was STICK ON THE WHOLE FLOOR. BUILDING WAS VERY DIRTY EVERYWHERE. Super ran down. Shady people all around and in hotel.

We reserved a non-smoking room, it was obvious the whole hotel has been smoked in. The room was not clean, hairs on the bathroom floor and dirt, shower and sink dirty. The worst part there was roaches. We left and stayed at a much nicer hotel.

I hate that I have to give 1 start cause I'd love to give 0 or below. This was the nastiest, jankiest, disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd say sleeping under a bridge would be better but I feel like that's what we did. There were homeless people with their dogs camped out in the gym bathroom. If you mention it to the staff, they disregard it. The entire 4th floor smells like weed. The elevator feels like it's gonna give up at any moment. Only one side is working. The rooms are disgusting. The first room we were put in had stains everywhere, holes in the wall, cigarette butts on the floor it was just disgusting. The lady at the front desk was really nice about moving us to a different room but the second room wasn't much better. The carpet was stained, the curtains had what looked like blood on them, the shower had hair all over in it. The toilet doesn't flush correctly. My husband went downstairs and they literally sent him upstairs with a plunger. I'm not sure how this place has good ratings cause everything from start to finish was disgusting. The breakfast was a joke. Watery waffles, watered down Apple juice, sausage soaked in grease. If we didn't get in so late, we would have went literally anywhere else. Never again.

À part les employés qui ont été gentils, cet hôtel est simplement bon pour 1 nuit. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel il y a une senteur de cigarettes et de marijuana. Je n'avais pas accès à l'eau chaude dans ma douche, à part le lit tout était sale. La serrure de ma porte était deffectueuse.
