The toilet had urine (yellow & brown) underneath side of toilet that was visible as lid was lifted upon arrival. Front desk provided Clorox bathroom disinfectant spray and wash cloth for me to clean. No shampoo or soap provided in bathroom. Had to go downstairs to ask front desk. Spilt cup of water between the 2 queen beds & when I cleaned the floor with white towel it was nasty brown & green color with filth. Very unsanitary.

This place looks great in the pics however our room was very dirty and torn up, a lot of the furniture was damaged and stained. The staff was nice but seemed to not be very well versed in their occupation. I booked this room based the pics I saw, the price point, and the fact that Expedia says they have cribs on hand if needed. I called on our drive in to ask for a crib and the employee who answered didn’t understand what a crib was. Upon arrival I asked in person and was told they didn’t have them, in turn my family had a rough night of sleep with our infant not having a dedicated space to sleep in. If you have an infant and plan to stay here, plan to pack a mobile crib or pack n play.
