Doors closing are very noisy. Even when we tried to close our door quietly you could hear it. At night when people are trying to sleep it is disturbing. Also, there was only one tissue left in the bathroom. Not pleasant blowing your nose in toilet paper.

We stayed here for the night while racing at Port City. The hotel was nice. The area was nice and there were plenty of dining options around even late at night. We would definitely stay here again.

The TV knew my name 😮

I think this is the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I really appreciated the contemporary styling and the smart TV in our room welcomed me by first name. I got a text too after checking in asking if I needed anything. There were installed soap dispensers instead of single use waste-generating soap containers, and the product in the dispensers was cruelty-free. They had coffee and tea available 24/7, three kinds of oatmeal for breakfast, and paper plates and bowls instead of foam. My partner and I love to see all of this. The cons we encountered were: The deadbolt in our room would not lock, but the secondary opening prevention hardware worked fine. I’m sensitive to light and the only non-nightlight lighting in the bathroom was very bright. (That being said, it was great to have a nightlight in there.) Lastly, the road noise from the highway made it difficult to sleep, but that is a common with hotels being by busy roads. Overall our stay was a pleasant experience and we are highly likely to return if in the vicinity again.

We reserved a room through Expedia for a family of five. We chose a double queen suite. Positives: There was no weed smell! That's the first thing I notice, and it was pleasantly absent. Check-in was fast, simple, and the attendant was very nice. The suite was very roomy, and the TV screens said, "Welcome, (my name)," which was a nice touch. Interstate traffic sounds are present, but didn't bother us. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows are the kind that collapse slowly, so if you need a firm pillow, bring one like I did. There was a couch in a sitting area. It wasn't a pullout, but we enjoyed having extra seating. There were refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion in the bathroom; the ones that had product were nice. The water pressure was good. There were trash bags (Hallelujah!) in the bathroom and double queen room trash cans. Breakfast was adequate: there were bagels, muffins, 1 boiled egg, vanilla yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, apples, oranges, juice, milk (dairy and oat), and coffee. Negatives: There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the walls literally poured water from the condensation. The room got muggy after we showered because there was no where else for it to go. The beds all looked clean but one scary looking 1.5" long spot on one of the duvet covers. Overall, we enjoyed the roominess and layout and would stay again.

Fabulous hotel. Best bed of our trip. Super comfortable and soft pillows, very clean room. Some people posted about not liking the breakfast, but we found it to be perfect for us. Bagels and yogurt were yummy and plenty enough.

For the price a really nice hotel! Very clean very quiet had no complaints. Did not partake of the continental breakfast, but it looked like your typical continental breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel because we have stayed here before. It was easy to book and easy to check in. We needed late check in and it was not an issue so overall it was a good stay. The only thing this time around that was a little off putting was the pillows. They smelled weird and bad. They looked like they were fluffy but went completely flat… even when folded in half. They were definitely different from our first stay.
