Keep looking . Do not stay!!!

Checked in late evening, grabbed dinner from Apple Bees. Came back to room before midnight. Around 12:30 front desk came knocked on our door said she was getting complaint about our TV. She then called 30mins later and said “just turn off your TV and Goto bed” tv was on minimal as that’s how I’m able to sleep. She berated me on the phone and said she would kick us out if we didn’t Goto sleep. I’ve stayed at multiple high end hotels and never experienced this type of rudeness nor unprofessionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel to anyone .

Overall the property was good. However, our stay was ruined by other guests who seemed to be playing football in the room next door and yelling at full volume at 1 am. This went on for nearly an hour. We had to request assistance from the front desk three times to address the noise. It will be a while before we consider staying at Holiday Inn again.

Had a smell. Restaurant stated breakfast would be severely delayed because their computer was down and the wait staff would have to “write” orders on paper to deliver to kitchen. This was 30 minutes after breakfast opened and many people sitting without food. Seems like they lied about the real reason they couldn’t serve food.

The room (double queen) was the most spacious for a standard hotel. Clean and modernized. And the TV was easy to use as a bonus. Plenty of towels. The vanity and toilet were separate which I preferred. The gym was lacking even if it was clean. Bare bones it was. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Wonderful stay - super comfortable bed. Clean spacious room. Largest indoor pool & hot tub I’ve seen in a hotel. Breakfast and dinner were great too. Really great place.
