Check-in was great, but when I was getting settled in my room, I heard a dog barking, a baby crying, then a life-flight helicopter overhead, doors slamming...not great. On the other hand, I was super tired, the room was great, the bed & pillows very comfy and I slept really good.

Staff was acting weird, came up with some random fee’s that weren’t listed up until we got there. Hallways were a little musty, but the room was okay at best. Usually these hotels aren’t bad but this one is a little iffy, unless you get lucky. Not worth the price though.

I've try to stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Twin to visit family. My only comment is you need to remember to put your Do Not Disturb sign out at night or you'll have housekeeping knocking on the door fairly early in the morning. I even had them walk in one time when I forgot the door security latch. But everything else is great, front desk are friendly and helpful. Nice place!

Clean, conveniently located property with a major gas station on adjacent property. Perfect for a night on the road just passing through Twin Falls. Friendly staff. Great cookies in the lounge area. No hot breakfast but has a program called "breakfast in bed" including delivery of selected items to your door.

The room was so clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating, we were traveling with our dog and the pet fee was very reasonable. Their rules regarding our dog were also very lenient. Overall a great stay will definitely stay again!

A truck pulled up at 2:00 a.m. and idled right by my hotel window until the morning until I checked out I asked for a quiet room and I didn't sleep a wink. There was a smoke detector right above the bed that flashed green light all night like a strobe light which did nothing for my PTSD. I'm not going to return. Even though the the hotel staff were excellent the bed was comfortable but everything around it was in good. Also the shower floor was slimy. I had a hard time turning on the shower because the button was stuck.. I have to say I didn't enjoy my stay at all.
