Facility as a whole was great. Was disappointed to learn that an exterior exit was not functioning properly, leaving the exit door unlocked at all times. Staff said they were aware of the issue and are planning to fix it. Left me feeling unsafe.

I was not a fan of the breakfast options. But the staff was mostly friendly and they provided support as needed. Our key cards didn't work the first time. My disabled hubby had to sit on his portable shower bench outside the room until I had the cards replaced.
