The view & property was nice. Busy weekend in town so we had no parking to get to our room all 4 nights we were there. Same bedding, nothing extra as far as soap etc. We were charged more than the advertised price, it was supposed to be a non smoking property, yet our neighbors chained smoked the entire time on the deck so we couldn't open our door or windows & it was in the mid 80's. Beds were comfy, room was set up nice, but TV was very small and outdated.

I loved my room and the balcony overlooking the river. I loved the sound of the river while I slept and I felt safe enough to leave the door open with the screen door there. I loved seeing the bats flying over the river at night. I hope to stay again next July for the Blues Festival.

Lovely view of the rivers, nice touches with interior wooden decor. My only complaint was that I had to park my new car on the street at night due to a full parking lot when we returned to our room at about 9pm. I would have felt more comfortable parking my car in the lot where I could easily see it.

It's my favorite place to stay. Nothing fancy, but it's clean, and the view from the balcony is priceless. We nicknamed it Deer Island.

It's always nice to stay here at the Rio Vista! The view of the confluence of the rivers is perfect and we were able to see the two fawns on the island. I am constantly upset by the fact that when you turn the tv on it goes to Fox News. This is NOT a news station, but pure propaganda.

You just can’t beat being right by the river. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony and relaxing to the sound of the river! It’s also nice that everything in town is walking distance!!
