The site never mentioned that they were under carpet renovations. Came in room to 1 of towels dirty, the breakfast was trash and nasty; no honey, brown sugar or even hot chocolate. Breakfast ends ant 9:30 and the lady walked by at 9:19 and pulled the warmer plug from the outlet. Our bathroom door smelled of poop! It was all around an unpleasant stay for the price paid. I only booked this hotel because it sleeps 5. I should’ve known it was a cheap franchise when I saw they wouldn’t refund once paid. I would NOT stay here again for the money I paid!

I wish I was told about the remodeling that was currently happening. Breakfast was not appealing. Eggs were wet with water and potatoes looked like they needed to be cooked longer.

I like the property because it was convenient for us to go shop and eat. I didn’t like the room because a piece of the carpet was pulled out, the coffee is placed in the bathroom to use and no closet to hang clothes. It was hanging rod as you walk in the door that the kids and I were walking into every time. Breakfast is too early and shuts down too early. One bed poke you when you get in the bed. I know they are in the middle of upgrading so I don’t know if adding closets and new beds is part of the upgrade as well.

The property is currently being remodeled yet I was not inconvenienced in any way. The room was clean and comfortable, the towels were GREAT, the only concerns were that the sink was a little slow to drain and the microwave didn't work on all settings--both items rather minor and reported to the front desk. The location was very convenient and I would certainly stay at the property again.

I really enjoyed my stay, staff was very nice , helpful and the over all stay was amazing ! if you are in the tyler area make this your stop and oh the breakfast was amazing ! Hot amd fresh and i can not leave out the self make waffle maker! i will be staying again!

The room was very big and clean but by the leg of the sleeper sofa was a big hole. I called the front desk to let them know about it and the guy informed me they knew and that they are in the process if remodeling. I dont understand why they didt cover the hole with anything. I took my elderly parents to stay in room with me and was scared one of us would hurt our foot by stepping in it. That to me seemed like they didnt care much of the customers staying and paying for thais room

Hole in the floor.

Booked 2 rooms. 1 room had a hole in floor where sleeper couch was located. The hole went all the way through the floor. Breakfast buffet had ham as meat. Attendant had to be found to fill milk carafe. There was not any fruit but apples. We go often to Tyler for events but will never stay here again. Manager said we could not get any reimbursement because we booked through hotels.com.
