When we arrived the lady that greeted us was very nice. Checked us in promptly and very pleasant. I went up to our room and opened the door to a awful moldy smell, then looked around and realized I had booked a King Suit and was in a double room. I called front desk and she proceeded to tell me they over booked the hotel and that is all that is available. We got our stuff and headed to the front desk and my husband then chimed in to tell her that was unacceptable and that room smelt terrible on top of it not being the room we booked. She then said we could leave or she could move us to another double room but that was our only options. We don't get out of town often so I was very upset to get a double room. She then said the entire town was booked so if we left we probably won't have other options. We had a wedding to get to in an hour so we took the other double room and moved on. Long story short If I book a King Suite I attend on getting it. Really even made me more irritated that she didn't even say anything when we checked in. Just assumed it was fine.

The hotel has a bar, which is nice. But, our stay was riddled with issues. Check in was easy & quick. The room had blood stained (and god knows what other bodily fluids) on the oversized chair. I didnt even want to put my bag on it. The plugs didnt work so i couldn't charge anything. The sheets have left me itchy all day. The bed was comfortable enough though. My main issue is that we had neighbors that were yelling, screaming and laughing it up in the hallway until 3am. Their kids were running up and down the hall screaming at the top of their lungs. They kept screwing with the elevator and making it ding every 5 seconds. The other people on the floor were yelling at them to keep it down & they screamed back at them. It made them even louder. NO HOTEL STAFF WOULD DO ANYYHING ABOUT IT. These people kept an entire floor awake until after 3AM & the hotel did nothing. It was so bad the police should have been called. It was out of control. I understand the hotel cant control who rents a room. However, when paying guests on an entire floor are kept up because they won't call the police or hire security of their own - its ridiculous. At checkout the lady asked me what was wrong. I told her. I wasnt rude. She didnt do anything & wasnt there. She apologized. I wish she'd offered to get the manager or anything so I could ask why nothing was done about the situation the night before but I hadnt slept in over 24 hours and just wanted to get out of that hotel.

Kids had great time

I chose this location because of the indoor pool for my grandson to enjoy some water without my having to sit in sun. We enjoyed our stay overall. However, on our second morning i discovered no coffee or cups. I was disappointed although it wasn't very good.

There is a roach in my room. Dining was non existent. The Starbucks ran out of key ingredients for my favorite coffee. The decor around the facility were in disrepair. I was not impressed.

I paid and reserved a king bed and pull out couch with a walk in ADA compliant shower. When I arrived they put me in a king with pullout couch with regular shower and tub combo. When I asked the front desk they informed me that they don’t have a room that fits that description and the best they could do was a king bed with walk in ADA shower or 2 double beds and a low tub room. When looking at the options they said they would give us both room (adjoining) for the original rate I paid for the one. When I got home I found that I was charged again for the second room for more than I paid for the first.
