I paid for a suite but was placed in a studio. Upon check in, I wasn't told that my room was being down graded. I found out when I got to the room. I went downstairs to inquire and was told that there were no suites available that's why I was put in a studio. There's about a $40 difference in rates so the lady at the desk offered me reward points equal to a 1 night free stay. The points were never added to my Bonvoy rewards account.

The room was very nice very clean and enjoyed the kitchen. Bathroom was nice. Bed was really comfortable. The only thing I wanna complain about is down at y’all‘s little snack area. You didn’t have any Coke Dr Pepper, Diet Coke, diet Dr Pepper all you had was Pepsi and root beer and everything else was a water or a Gatorade, some of us like Dr Pepper and not crazy about Pepsi and the other stuff Just letting you know
