Poorly designed bathroom

We were assigned an accessible room but did not request one. The shower was poorly designed and when using the shower the entire bathroom floor flooded. Also had difficulty accessing the internet

The completely renovated room was very comfortable. We got a handicapped accessible room which we didn’t require which was fine. However, in the bathroom the shower was very low and the water flooded the bathroom floor because there was no sill to trap the water.

Right off the expressway. Easy check-in. Place was overrun with bratty kids and their traveling baseball parents. This was no fault of the hotel, but ya. The kids were loud and unsupervised. Two dirty towels left in our shower area, which I assume were from the cleaning crew previously. The room was otherwise clean and comfy. The outside garbages were never emptied, so I said something and the woman told me they were short staffed, training new people, etc. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of hot and cold foods. Highly recommend if you're a breakfast person.

Hotel is very clean, nice location, lots of parking, safe. Good free breakfast. Only 1 of our keys worked and phones in room dont work. No wifi info provided. Says free wifi but they also have a faster option for an upcharge, no way to tell which is which, theyre both labeled "honors" other than that, real nice hotel.

Staff was very pleasant. The property was undergoing comstruction which left strong solvent odors throughout the day and night. I can't imagine this is safe for the staff to be breathing this in. It is a safe and clean hotel, so I look forward to seeing the upgrades next time we stay there.
