Clean, nice staff and close to airport

Room was great, l would recommend to anyone needing to stay for early flights.

I didnt have a pet but i wouldnt keep my dog there. They said the airport shuttle would take an hour so i opted for uber. Uber line was 45mins without moving so i got a taxi which charged $60aus. So i shouldve taken the shuttle

Staff were not well trained. They listened to our concerns but did not take any action, so we had to repeatedly follow up about the same issues. For example, the shower was reported as broken the night before, but it was still not fixed, and we had to ask again the next day. In addition, the fire alarm went off at 4 a.m. on two consecutive nights. On the morning of our flight (4:30 a.m.), we were in the shower when the fire alarm went off again. We had to rush out, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress while we were trying to leave for the airport. Overall, the hotel needs better staff training and faster response to maintenance problems.

The room are clean,easy parking the best staff and the owners are lovely air conditioning and heating is great l stay here a lot as it close to shopping and dining
