I was charged over 400 a night for 2 nights and the room looked like it was still in 1990. No refrigerator, the carpet was old, all the furniture looked like it was bought from the salvation army, both beds had missing pieces, the thermostat didn't work at all so i couldn't control the temperature in the room, the bathroom was ruated in different areas and there was hair in there from god knows when. I will NEVER in my life stay here again and i DO NOT recommend this hotel, even to my worst enemy.

Perfect location to enjoy theatre and New York. My single room was small but I expected that from the information provided- however it was comfortable, clean, safe, quiet and convenient for my needs. Easy check in.

The property is in need of upkeep and better cleaning standards. Small old towels.

Pros: Location in proximity to Times Square/Broadway can’t be beat. Rooms are exactly as advertised. Staff was really kind and helpful without being pushy. Also loved that it took an elevator ride to get to the lobby… Felt removed from street busyness! Cons: Couldn’t get room to cool or water to get hot. I’m middle aged and found the bed and pillows really awful and woke with headaches/back pain each of the three mornings. Staff offered extra blankets to make bed more plush, which was kind, but that wasn’t enough.
