Upper West Side all inclusive resorts

Perfect location for our needs, staff were excellent, valet parking was perfect, wonderful stay

Staff were very nice i checked in 12am and there were a big group of people. I think for the staff to have patience and be so nice that time pf night is really amazing! The place was neat very clean! I did after all had a ice cold shower didn’t seem to have warm water when i went. But overall i love the place.

Check in process isn't great but since we were upgraded not a problem.

I like the whole experience !

I really liked the hotel. It was very comfortable, the lobby is nice and the staff is helpful. The only thing I would add is an in-room mini fridge to keep drinks cold.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of the bustling upper West Side. Intimate lounge wit live music W-Friday. Lovely large & quiet rooms with great beds!
