Book Yotel Hell's Kitchen accommodation from NZ$208

The property has a very nice view and very convenient if you want to stay local. However, the staff we’re not very welcoming.

Helpful staff; easy bag checks, late check out no problems. Breakfast was great! Room was small but clean and well maintained and modern. Great security and service. Walking distance of lots of good stuff, subway stations just a minute or two away as well. Got a deal on the room and didn’t regret staying there once. Recommend.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, in disrepair, did not feel clean. Very noisy and couldn’t sleep for entire stay

No a/c. Everything else was perfect, but the lack of a/c was an issue. I couldn't get that good hotel sleep because it was so hot and uncomfortable in my room. Even the lobby was hot. It just made no sense. Out of 5 stars, I'd give the place 2 out of 5 simply due to no a/c. I took cold showers multiple times. I just hated it.

Clean rooms

Location is fantastic, steps from Penn Station. Hotel is historic and very grand in the lobby, but the rooms are a little run down, but clean. The staff is super kind and helpful. They let us check in early and check out a little late. Would definitely stay there again. Starbucks is across the street, Liberty Bagels is around the corner.
