After the experience I had with the manager & trying to get a refund for a stay that they terminated, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. While the property was relatively decent, although a bit dated, the manager was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered in the hotel industry. She really needs to learn how to approach people, as well as understand the information (their pet policy) that they (the hotel) provide to Expedia.
Despite the fact that the information they provide to Expedia stated that they had a set per pet per stay policy, the hotel tried to charge me more than six times that amount for each of my three pets. The manager refused to honor the pet fee posted on Expedia despite the hotel having provided it &, despite confirming that the information was on Expedia, she said that she did not have to honor that policy since Expedia was a third-party provider. When my spouse refused to pay an additional highly inflated amount for the other 2 pets, she demanded that we vacate the premises. After giving us until 8 pm to vacate, she tried to charge us for a second night despite her having evicted us and told us that we would only be charged for the first night. She made matters worst by refusing to cooperate with Expedia customer support as they were investigating the situation. Expedia eventually refunded the full fee paid because of it.
