This was a convenient stay after the ferry. The room was clean, but mattress and pillows needed updating. The floors are pretty uneven and the room was a little crowded. It’s close to a few places to eat and right on the water. In the summer, it would be an easy walk to Safeway or really anywhere in town. We would stay here again.

Great location but the room was not so great. Wouldn’t take much to make sure the rooms had a little love like re-caulking the tub and sink. Also, the room smelt pretty bad…

The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good enough quality, but very plentiful: eggs, pancakes, sausage patties & links, delicious bacon, cereal options and juice, coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate, milk… really it was a great start to the day. The room shows its age a bit, but it’s very cozy. Great TV options for downtime. The beds are on the soft side, but not too bad for a couple nights. The bathroom vent is underpowered, but the windows open in the room to let in fresh air. Snow is a constant in winter, but the parking area is cleared as well and as often as it can be. Snow piles up along the building and you need to heed the signs to park 6 ft away—or risk serious damage from snow falling off the roof. The fitness room is open until 10 pm and adequately furnished with cable, free weights, a bench, treadmill and mirrors. Decent experience at a great rate.

There was a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel room. It made me feel the hospitality and pride of the housekeeping staff. When we called the front desk for an issue with the tv reception, they we helpful and quickly responded.

This place is just ok, yes it’s on the water but not exactly what I expected. Breakfast was great. Room was large. The room had a terrible smell, maybe time to rip out the carpet. We had the window open the entire time.

We have stayed at this hotel and liked it so we chose it for this trip. Upon arrival, we requested a quiet room because we needed to sleep well as we had to drive in the morning. The front desk clerk assured us that all their rooms were quiet and assigned us a room. The room was not quiet. There was machinery noise & vibration off & on all night.
